This seminar considers loneliness as a way of growing in self-understanding, as we seek find our ultimate identity and fulfilment in Christ.
Lauren is the Executive Director of The Family Systems Institute. She is an accredited mental health social worker, a clinical therapist and a Christian who is passionate about equipping people to face the challenges of life's relationships.
